HOW BILLING WORKS
Plans are recurring monthly (or annual prepay),
billed in advance, plus a one-time setup fee where applicable. Payments are
processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details.
Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Google (or the ad
platform). Our ad-management fee is separate; ad spend does not flow through us.
TERMS & POLICIES
Cancel anytime — effective at the end of your current paid period; no proration.
Setup fees and annual prepayments are non-refundable.
Websites are provided as a service; on cancellation the site comes down unless a one-time $1,000 release fee is paid (includes file export + domain transfer).
Your domain is transferred to you on cancellation; your content remains yours.
We manage your Google Business Profile as Manager (never Owner); you own your ad accounts and data.
We do not guarantee specific results, leads, or rankings.
